〔體育中心／綜合報導〕今早七六人總教練布朗（Brett Brown）在與拓荒者比賽前接受媒體採訪，訪談中他提到「推特王」恩比德（Joel Embiid）對球隊來說的重要性，更直言他是球隊中非常重要的一環。
布朗提到，七六人整體的戰力，幾乎取決於恩比德是否上場，「有恩比德的時候，我們的防守在聯盟排名第3，進攻排名第6；沒有恩比德的時候，球隊的防守卻能一下掉到聯盟第29，進攻則排在第21名。」
布朗接著說道：「這是天跟地的差別，恩比德對我們來說就像皇冠上的寶石，他是我們的命脈。」
本季至今恩比德共出賽25場，場均31.2分鐘，繳出23.8分11.1籃板3.4助攻的成績。
