〔體育中心／綜合報導〕林子偉開季打擊狀況火燙，除了被來自大聯盟官網與紅襪總教練多方稱讚打擊技巧有所進步，這2年他的擊球越來越強勁這點，更在數據上嶄露無疑，為未來站穩大聯盟更添籌碼。
專門分析紅襪球員投打數據的「Red Sox Stats」網站，今天就貼文，指出Statcast統計，2年來林子偉擊中的50球中，有19球的擊球飛出速度至少達到或是超過95英哩。
「Red Sox Stats」指出，這個數字和陣中強棒貝茲（Mookie Betts）、莫蘭德（Mitch Moreland）一樣多，還超過當家游擊手柏格茲（Xander Bogaerts）以及班尼泰迪（Andrew Benintendi）。
