〔記者徐正揚／綜合報導〕費城人以13年3.3億美元簽下自由球員市場最大咖哈波，台灣時間明天凌晨3點將為他舉行加盟記者會，球團搶先在官方推特宣布，他將使用3號做為背號。
哈波已經偕同父母、妻子與經紀人搭機抵達佛州，他也在個人推特宣布，將於3月26日發行的PS4遊戲「The Show19」，封面是他穿上費城人球衣的照片。
