〔體育中心／綜合報導〕上個月大都會才和29歲左投梅茲（Steven Matz）以1年520萬美元續約，不過昨日據《ESPN》指出被交易到藍鳥，今梅茲也表達對大都會的感謝，並向新東家藍鳥喊話。

梅茲大聯盟生涯6年都待在大都會，112場出賽，繳出31勝41敗、防禦率4.35成績，如今被送去藍鳥，他在推特發文感謝老東家的照顧，表示一直很感謝大都會給他一個能夠效力家鄉球隊的機會，也感謝球迷、教練及隊友，「助你們一切順利、順利的邁進。」
