〔體育中心／綜合報導〕白襪後援投手馬歇爾（Evan Marshall）因右肘拉傷，自6月底後就沒有大聯盟出賽紀錄，今據《NBC》報導，他將於下月進行韌帶置換手術（俗稱TJ手術）。
馬歇爾最後一場出賽是6月29日（美國時間），該場他出賽0.2局被敲2安，失掉2分自責分，整季出賽27場，0勝2負，27.1局投球被敲28安、5轟，送出26次三振，防禦率5.60。
馬歇爾8月底至小聯盟3A進行復健賽，5場共投4.1局，被敲4安，防禦率2.08，下月選擇進行TJ手術，下個賽季有極大機率錯過例行賽。
