〔體育中心／綜合報導〕天使球星大谷翔平鬼神二刀流持續威震大聯盟，美媒指出，大谷締造一項現代棒球史上沒人辦到過的壯舉。
大谷在近7天一共敲出11支安打，飆出21次三振，《OptaSTATS》表示，自現代棒球年代（1900年起）以來，沒有其他大聯盟球員能在同一個賽季裡，有一週敲出至少10支安打，且有一週投出至少20K（更不用說同一週投打都達成），大谷翔平成為現代棒球史上第一人，驚人二刀流表現載入史冊。
大谷本季已登板7場，成績4勝0敗、防禦率2.54，合計39局投球，送出59次三振；打擊方面，今年已出賽29場，敲出7轟、19分打點，打擊三圍.307/.365/.553。
